Front of House Staff Member (weekends required)
The front-of-house staff member will maintain the front of the store, greet & assist customers, make coffee/espresso drinks, and use our POS system to make transactions - all while following proper opening or closing procedures.
Back of House Staff Member/Doughnut Decorator (early AM required)
The back-of-house staff member will arrive early to decorate doughnuts for our storefront & customer orders, complete light prep work, communicate the kitchen's needs with the manager, work alongside BOH teammates to create new ideas and specials, keep the kitchen clean & organized, and assist FOH staff as needed.
Weekend Back of House Staff Member (early AM required)
The weekend back-of-house staff member will work alongside their team member(s) to decorate doughnuts on Saturdays and Sundays for our storefront & customer orders, complete prep work, follow cleanliness and organization procedures, and communicate the kitchen's needs with the manager.
The doughnut baker will work alongside their team to produce doughnuts from start to finish, to be supplied to our Mattituck and Bay Shore storefronts - this candidate must be able to be on their feet for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs.
